London's "Arsenal" club strategist Arsene Wenger denies that they have reached an agreement with Gelsenkirchen's "Schalke" regarding the transfer fee of midfielder Julian Draxler.
On Friday evening, reports surfaced that the "Gunners" had reached an agreement with the "Bundesliga" club, but during a press conference after the match against "Coventry," the Frenchman refuted these claims.
"It's just an illusion. To be honest, nothing is happening. We have plenty of players in those positions and we are not looking to add to that position," said the 64-year-old specialist.
"We don't rule out the possibility of making a purchase, but at the moment I have nothing to tell you."
The 20-year-old German has scored 5 goals and made 8 assists in 24 matches this season. His price would reach 37 million pounds sterling.
