On Sunday, the last two matches of the XVIII round were played in Germany.
Schalke won an easy victory away from home in Gelzenkirchen. Hamburger's footballers lost to their opponents at home with a score of 0-3.
The first goal for Schalke was scored by Klaas-Jan Huntelaar in the 34th minute, when Jefferson Farfan provided an accurate assist.
Later in the match, Jefferson Farfan and Max Meyer secured the victory, with Meyer scoring after a brilliant assist from J. Farfan.
After the victory, the Gelzenkirchen team rose to fifth place in the German league, while Hamburger remains in the position of an outsider - in 18th place.
