Last season's vice-champion of the French "Ligue 1" announced today that they have extended the contract with one of the main club's players Matt Moussilou for another two years. Now Moussilou, who scored 21 goals last season in "Ligue 1" and helped "Lille" secure a place in the UEFA Champions League tournament, has a contract valid until the summer of 2010. After a particularly successful last season, many famous European clubs showed interest in the 23-year-old Frenchman, but the player still decided to stay in the "Lille" team, motivated by the desire to help his team perform as successfully as possible in Europe.
