According to "Sunday People," the "Red Devils" are willing to pay as much as 35 million pounds sterling for Eliaquim Mangala once this season is over for the Portuguese team.
David Moyes acquired Juan Mata in January to play in the defensive midfield position, but he did not manage to attract a defender who could cover the gaps in the "Man Utd" defense.
Another Manchester team was interested in the 22-year-old footballer this winter. That team is "Manchester City," but Manuel Pellegrini is also considering making an offer in the summer.
