The "Bayern" club from Munich does not promise to sell the midfielder Toni Kroos next summer.
Rumors about the possible departure of the German started after negotiations for a new contract dragged on.
During the winter transfer window, the "Manchester United" team showed interest in the player, but the sports director of the Bavarian club, Matthias Sammer, assures that T. Kroos will not be sold.
"We do not promise to sell Kroos, as his contract is still valid until 2015. I will repeat what President Uli Hoeness said: we are a buying, not a selling club," said M. Sammer.
"We want to extend the contract with Toni. At the moment, I think the chances of him staying at the club are about 70-80%."
"Sometimes he thinks too much about his individual performances, but he is talented enough to take responsibility for the whole team's game," said the sports director.
The 24-year-old midfielder played 31 matches in all the tournaments for "Bayern" this season, scoring one goal and making 8 assists.
