The director of the "Schalke" club in Gelsenkirchen, Horst Heldt, did not allow the midfielder Julian Draxler to leave the team.

The talented 20-year-old footballer has been of interest to London's "Arsenal" team since last autumn, but so far the "gunners" have been unable to acquire this midfielder.

Meanwhile, Draxler himself claims that he has received offers from other teams, but they have been rejected.

"The fact that director Heldt has received offers makes me happy. On the other hand, the club rejecting all offers demonstrates that they value me," said the German.

"I don't know yet if I will leave in the summer. The next three months will be tough. I want to play even better because I hope to be invited to the World Cup," the footballer affirmed.

This season, Draxler scored once and made 5 assists in 14 Bundesliga matches.

It is reported that in the summer other clubs will be able to buy out the German's contract for 35 million pounds sterling.
