The Edinburgh club has signed a sponsorship agreement with the "Ūkio" bank. The six-figure value contract stipulates that the advertisement of the Bank of Lithuania will appear on the shirts of the Scottish capital team.

In the near future, the "Ūkio" bank also plans to enter the UK market. The bank, owned by Hearts owner V. Romanov, is soon set to open a branch in Edinburgh.

Hearts' CEO Phil Anderton believes that this agreement will also be very beneficial for the team. One of the team leaders also mentioned that V. Romanov has already saved the "Tynecastle" stadium belonging to the team and stabilized the financial situation.

"Bulldozers were already heading to the 'Tynecastle' stadium and our financial situation was really undesirable," said P. Anderton. "Since then, Mr. V. Romanov acquired 29.9% of the club's shares and, with his support, we canceled the sale of the stadium, saved the club, and made a long-term strategic plan that will help us thrive successfully on and off the field."

"This successful agreement is also part of all of that."
