London "Arsenal" team vice-captain Mikel Arteta admits that on Saturday Arsene Wenger was the angriest the Spaniard has ever seen.
In Saturday's English Premier League match, the "Gunners" suffered a humiliating defeat against the "Liverpool" team away.
The experienced team defender revealed that during halftime, the team's manager A. Wenger did not hide his anger.
"The coach was very disappointed during halftime, but it is normal, as such a result was unjustifiable. I have never seen Wenger so angry before," said the Spaniard.
"We have already experienced two painful defeats. The loss to Manchester United was different, but it is difficult to accept failures against Man City and Liverpool. We need to recover because we can't do anything more," said the experienced defender.
Arsenal players dropped to the second position in the league table after the defeat at Anfield stadium, trailing behind the leading Chelsea players by one point.
On Wednesday, Wenger's players will host the title-defending Man Utd team at the Emirates Stadium.
