On the occasion of Joninės, FBK "Kaunas" decided to give the residents of Kaunas a gift - spectators will be admitted free of charge to the NFKA "A lygos" match at the S. Darius and S. Girėnas Sports Center stadium this weekend, as reported by the official website of the Lithuanian champions club.

On Saturday, June 25, at 14:00, the Lithuanian Championship match between FBK "Kaunas" and Klaipėda "Atlantas" will start, and every football lover will be able to watch it for free. The luckiest spectators will also win prizes during the promotion.

This match will be like a dress rehearsal before the big league leaders' match on June 28, where "Kaunas" will face Panevėžys "Ekranas" at home and try to reduce the eight-point gap from their opponents.

Overall, due to the participation of the "Vėtra" and "Žalgiris" clubs in the Intertoto Cup, only three 16th round matches will take place in the "A lyga" this weekend - after the "Kaunas" and "Atlantas" match in Kaunas, "Nevėžis" will play against "Ekranas" at 18:30, while at the same time in Marijampolė, "Sūduva" will host the "Šilutė" team.
