Above "Barcelona" clouds are gathering. Charges were officially brought against the Catalan club in the Spanish court on Thursday for causing damage to the state treasury.

Examining the famous Neymar case, judge Pablo Ruzas stated that "Barcelona" did not pay a total of 9.1 million euros in taxes in 2011 and 2013.

The troubles of the Catalan club began when a fan of "Barcelona" turned to the court, not believing the official numbers announced by the club's leaders regarding the acquisition of the Brazilian footballer from the "Santos" club.

The Madrid court accepted the fan's complaint and started to investigate this case.

During the investigation, it was revealed that Neymar's transfer to "Barcelona" cost almost twice as much as initially announced by the leaders of the Catalan club. "Barcelona" paid huge commissions to the player's father, which were hidden.

Due to this case, on January 23, the president of "Barcelona" Sandro Rosell was forced to resign.

In the summer of 2013, the Brazilian national team footballer arrived at the Catalan team from the "Santos" club.

"Barcelona" officials claimed that they paid 57 million euros for him, but based on their sources in the Spanish media, it was reported that Neymar actually cost 95 million euros.
