On Sunday, the draws for the 2016 European Championship qualifying stage groups were revealed in Nice, where a total of 53 teams from the Old Continent will compete.
The draws determined that the Lithuanian national men's team will compete in Group E, where they will face five opponents.
Igoris Pankratjevas' players will compete in the qualifying for EURO 2016 for the first time in history against the "Premier" league stars, the English team.
They will also have matches against Switzerland, Slovenia, Estonia, and San Marino. All national teams will have to play two matches against each other - once at home and once away.
The tournament hosts, the French, do not need to compete in a group, but they still belong to Group I, where there are five teams. All matches against Didier Deschamps' players will be friendly and the points will not be accumulated.
