London's "Arsenal" strategist Arsene Wenger does not underestimate the team's chances before the match against Munich's "Bayern" and claims that they still have a chance to advance to the next stage.
In the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday, the "gunners" will try to resist Pep Guardiola's proteges, who already celebrated victory in the first match with a score of 0-2.
"We know that we can advance to the next stage, because we have done it before. My team is quality and has ambitions," said A. Wenger confidently.
"We know we have to attack our opponents, but we also know we have to defend. The statistics are not on our side, but if we were able to win against "Inter" 5-1, then in Europe it is possible to win against anyone.
"We have had some great nights in Europe, but if we manage to beat "Bayern", it will be fantastic," the Frenchman concluded.
It is worth mentioning that in the previous season, in the first match, the Bavarians defeated the "Arsenal" club with a score of 1-3, however, the London team managed to retaliate in Germany and celebrated victory, but they lacked one goal to advance to the quarterfinals.
