On Sunday, three matches of the 2nd round of the "SMScredit.lt A league" were played in Lithuania.
Vilnius "Žalgiris" football players did not spare Marijampolė's "Sūduva" on their home field. Marek Zub's pupils celebrated a victory with a score of 8-1.
Six goals were scored in the first half. The guests unexpectedly scored first, but later the winners' team scored goals by Serge Nyuiadzi, Jakub Wilk, Linas Pilibaitis, and Kristis Andreou.
In the second half, goals continued to flow freely. In the 71st minute, Andro Švrljuga scored after a precise pass from Jakub Wilk, and at the end of the match, "Sūduva's" goalkeeper was penalized by Paulius Janušauskas and Rytis Leliūga.
In other matches, Panevėžys "Ekranas" secured a comfortable victory against Alytus "Dainava," while the match between "Šiauliai" and Pakruojis "Kruoja" ended peacefully.
