In the French press, reports have spread that "Manchester City" is approaching an agreement with "Barcelona" goalkeeper Victor Valdes.
The 32-year-old footballer announced last summer that this season with the Catalan team would be his last, so the Spaniard will be forced to join a new team.
"L'Equipe" reports that "Man City" and V. Valdes have already started negotiations, and a very lucrative contract will be offered to the goalkeeper.
In the ranks of "City," the main goalkeeper is Joe Hart, but the Englishman often faces criticism and this season Manuel Pellegrini has frequently left him on the bench.
Meanwhile, "Monaco" club, returning to the elite of French football, is also interested in V. Valdes.
