David Moyes found the reason why "Manchester United" is demonstrating very poor results this season.
The Manchester team is currently ranked in seventh place in the English Premier League and is likely to miss out on the UEFA Champions League next season, in which they are still competing but facing Bayern Munich in the quarterfinals.
Since taking over the reins of the "Red Devils" from the summer, D. Moyes claims that even Sir Alex Ferguson himself would have found it difficult this season with such a squad.
"If Ferguson were still the coach, the team would not be playing well. Everyone knows that this squad is aging and it would be difficult for any strategist," said the former "Everton" coach.
"At Man Utd, I had to replace a very good coach who was with the team for 26 years, and it is always difficult to replace a long-time strategist," Moyes concluded.
