"Juventus" team veteran Andrea Pirlo is ready to end his professional football career within the "Bianconeri" ranks.
The 34-year-old footballer spent his entire career in Italy. A. Pirlo played for clubs such as "Brescia," "Inter," and "Reggina," but the majority of his career he wore the "Milan" jersey. After 10 years with the "Rossoneri," in 2011 he moved to the Turin "Juventus" team as a free agent.
"Recently, I have considered the possibility of playing abroad, but I am happy here. I believe this is the best place for me to play football," - A. Pirlo talked about his career opportunities.
"It's already the third year under A. Conte's leadership, but the thirst for victories remains the same. Tactical schemes and style of play may change, but the foundation of our game remains the same."
"We have gained experience and knowledge, which helped us achieve good results. I always play to win, I always set high goals for myself," - continued the 34-year-old Italian.
"We were knocked out of the Champions League, but we can win the Europa League. The higher the goals, the more determination to achieve them," said the experienced defender.
Currently, the "Juventus" club is in first place in the "Serie A" championship with 81 points and is approaching the third consecutive Italian champions title. In the Europa League, the team has reached the quarterfinals, where they will face the challenge of Lyon's "Olympique."
