On Saturday evening, English football fans could witness the clash of the top four teams in the Premier League.
The London-based Arsenal club, who has fallen into a pit, met with the team coached by Manuel Pellegrini at the Emirates Stadium.
The match started evenly - both teams were preparing positional attacks. However, the visitors' attacks were slightly more dangerous.
The team took advantage of one of the opportunities in the 18th minute, when David Silva scored a goal after a counter-attack.
After the goal, the game on the field remained unchanged. The "City" team controlled the ball more, but Arsenal also created dangerous attacks.
Arsenal started to press the opponents more actively after the break. The pressure paid off in the 53rd minute, when Mathieu Flamini scored the equaliser after a positional attack.
After this goal, the game became even. Both teams created positional attacks, but were cautious in defense.
The draw remained until the end of the match, so the teams shared a point.
