The defender is being leased out after failing to establish himself in the Catalonia team during the victorious season.

The left-back is disappointed, as coach Frank Rijkaard said before Christmas that he was in his plans, but he only appeared on the field five times during the rest of the season.

Navarro joined "Barca" in 1993, and made it into the main squad in 2001, when Carles Rexach led the Spanish giants.

In 2003, when "Barcelona" was coached by Louis van Gaal, the 23-year-old Spaniard played in the starting lineup, but a knee injury halted his progress, and the club acquired Gio van Bronckhorst and Silvinho in his position.

After recovering from his injury, Navarro was loaned out to "Albacete" for six months. Upon his return, he hoped to play in the starting lineup, but he was not allowed to show his skills.

Next season, he will play at the "Son Moix" stadium, under the management of the famous coach Hector Cuper.
