London's "Tottenham" team will have new home.

The capital city club announced that they will leave "White Hart Lane" within three years and plan to open a new, more modern stadium in the summer of 2017.

According to the club's chairman Daniel Levy, the current stadium, which accommodates 36 thousand spectators, does not meet the team's expectations, so the decision to move to another stadium is necessary and urgent.

The team's chairman also made a comparison, stating that the "Tottenham" team has the smallest stadium among the top 20 European clubs and cannot compete with the arenas of the big "Premier League" teams.

Additionally, "Tottenham" club announced that from June 2012 to June 2013, the team's profit reached 1.5 million pounds sterling.
