London's "Chelsea" club strategist Jose Mourinho is convinced that the team can reach the UEFA Champions League semi-finals.
In the first leg of the quarter-finals of the tournament, the team from the English capital lost to "Paris St.Germain" with a score of 3-1 in Paris and found themselves on the brink of elimination.
The team coached by Laurent Blanc arrived in London without their team leader Zlatan Ibrahimovic, while J. Mourinho, coaching "Chelsea", aims to take advantage of this opponent's failure.
"If you ask me if we will win this match, I sincerely believe we will. And after two matches, we will have scored more goals," he said.
"You cannot prepare for matches with a different mindset. We will score more goals, and the final result could be 4-3 or 5-4," expressed the confidence in his team's strength.
"I believe and my players believe, and that is the most important thing."
"Players must demonstrate a high level, self-belief, and ambitions. We have to enjoy this risk. We know we can be eliminated, but we have nothing to lose."
"But before the match, we have a chance to reach the semi-finals. If we win, it will be a huge failure for the PSG club. But if we are eliminated, people won't be surprised at all," said the 51-year-old strategist.
