In Lithuania, another LFF Cup semi-final match was played, where the favorites secured victory.
In Gargždai city stadium, supported by their fans, "Banga" faced "Klaipėdos Granitas". The hosts won the victory and took a solid step towards the final.
In the 26th minute, Davydas Arlauskis put "Banga" ahead, and in the same first half, Sergėjus Shevchukas scored the final goal.
In the second half, both teams had chances to score, but they failed to do so, although towards the end of the match, the guests from Klaipėda pressed their opponents.
The second leg in the port city will take place on April 30, while points between Vilnius "Žalgiris" and "Trakai" will be decided a day earlier.
