According to the Spanish newspaper "El Confidencial", London's "Chelsea" has reached an agreement with Madrid's "Atletico" for the acquisition of striker Diego Costa.

It is reported that the "blues" team will pay a whopping 60 million euros for the 25-year-old footballer after the end of this season.

At the beginning of the season, Jose Mourinho's priority was to lure Radamel Falcao from Monaco club in the summer, but the Colombian suffered a serious injury and the coach began to look towards his former teammate R. Falcao.

This season, D. Costa is one of the most productive footballers in all of Europe. The striker, who has obtained Spanish citizenship, has scored 33 goals in 43 matches played.

Interestingly, D. Costa's team "Atletico" will face "Chelsea" in the UEFA Champions League semi-finals.
