Madrid's "Real" striker Cristiano Ronaldo insisted after the triumph that they absolutely deserved the "Copa del Rey" cup.
Yesterday, at Valencia's "Mestalla" stadium, the King's Cup final took place, in which "Barcelona" faced "Real". Without the injured C.Ronaldo, the "whites" defeated the Catalans by a score of 2-1.
"We deserved the victory, because we played better and had more opportunities to score, but now we have to fight for two more titles," the Portuguese told journalists.
"It was a great final battle. We are very happy and we have to enjoy this day, because later we will have other tournaments to face," the 29-year-old footballer continued to think about titles.
C.Ronaldo also added about his injury: "I feel much better, I no longer feel any pain."
"Real" still has the chance this season to win both the Spanish "La Liga" championship and the UEFA Champions League.
