London's "Chelsea" captain John Terry is expected to sign a new contract with the capital's club in the near future.
According to coach assistant Steve Holland, negotiations with the Englishman should be completed and a signature on the new contract should be put on in the next two weeks.
It is reported that the 33-year-old veteran has been offered a contract with his salary halved.
S. Holland also revealed that new contracts will be offered to other veterans - Frank Lampard and Ashley Cole.
J. Terry made his debut for "Chelsea" in 1998 and has already worn the team's jersey more than 600 times.
