Manchester clubs are willing to submit offers to the Barcelona team.
As the English press informs, Manchester United and Manchester City promise to offer 30 million euros to the Catalans for 26-year-old Pedro.
This season, the Spanish national team player is not a regular starter and usually comes off the bench, but has appeared on the field a total of 50 times.
Currently, Pedro's contract with Barca is valid until 2016, and the Catalans have not considered the possibility of selling the Spaniard so far. However, the club promises changes in the squad after this season, if they receive a favorable decision from FIFA.
Interestingly, it's not just Pedro that Man Utd is interested in. The "Red Devils" are once again planning to hunt for midfielder Cesc Fabregas.
