On Thursday evening, the first semi-final matches of the UEFA Europa League were played.
In Lisbon, local team "Benfica" faced the Italian champions Juventus.
In the 3rd minute, after a goal by Ezequiel Garay, the hosts took the lead, but the score became equal in the 73rd minute when Carlos Tevez scored.
However, a great goal by Lima in the 84th minute restored the advantage for the Portuguese team, and they will travel to Turin with a one-goal lead.
In the other match, between Spanish teams, the footballers of "Sevilla" triumphed, defeating "Valencia" at home with a score of 2-0.
Both goals were scored in the second half of the first half. The goals for the winners were scored by Stephane M'Bia and Carlos Bacca.
