Josep Guardiola insists that he cannot change his football philosophy and wants to continue using it at Bayern Munich.
Lately, the Bavarians have received a lot of criticism for their game. In the UEFA Champions League, they suffered a disaster when they were defeated by Real Madrid in the semi-finals with an aggregate score of 5-0.
Although Bayern Munich secured the Bundesliga title early, there are still three season matches left, but J. Guardiola does not intend to change his style of play.
"I have my philosophy and we will use it against Hamburg, Stuttgart, in the German Cup final, and next season," the Spaniard said at a press conference.
"I did not come here to change German football culture, but I have my ideas for this game. I cannot teach players to play like other coaches, so they have to adapt to me.
"The loss to Real Madrid only strengthened my belief in my game philosophy. We had no answer for the excellent team in the semi-finals. Of course, these things happen and it is very unfortunate," Guardiola added.
