The Lithuanian champion FBK, who played honorably against the Champions League winner "Liverpool" on Tuesday, signed a five-year contract with Bosnian and Herzegovinian legionnaire Edin Pehliči before this match.
Pehličius, a 21-year-old forward, arrives in Lithuania from the "Sarajevo" club, with which he won the Bosnian and Herzegovinian Cup last season, but due to licensing issues, he did not participate in the UEFA Cup tournament.
Also returning to "Kaunas" is 31-year-old defender Vadimas Petrenko, who was loaned to Vilnius's "Žalgiris" for the season along with M. Bezykornov, but left the capital team at the beginning of July. In Kaunas, he will replace Georgian Givi Kvaratskhelia, with whom the contract was recently terminated.
