On Saturday, all fans of Madrid's "Real" club were visited by long-awaited news - after long, tumultuous and tense negotiations, "Santos" and the club finally reached a final agreement on the transfer of Brazil's national talent Robinho.
Representatives of the Madrid club announced that Robinho will officially become a player of "Real" team on August 25th. Until then, the player will play a few more matches for "Santos" and bid farewell to his fans. The footballer will sign a five-year contract with the "Real" club.
"We are very happy. He is very important to us." - said the vice-president of the Madrid club, not hiding his joy.
Robinho will become the fourth purchase of the "Real" club this summer. Earlier, the team acquired Pablo Garcia, Carlos Diogo, and Julio Baptista.
