On Wednesday evening, people closely related to football gathered at the "Ring" bar in Vilnius, including those whom the Lithuanian National Football Clubs Association (NFKA) hopes for understanding and support.

NFKA leaders invited to socialize, watch the UEFA Champions League match between "Liverpool" and London's "Chelsea" on a huge screen, the leaders of the country's strongest clubs, as well as representatives of the Lithuanian business community. NFKA director Marijus Rimas presented the goals and vision of another season of the Lithuanian A League.

"We will strive for NFKA to become a professional, efficiently and successfully working organization that can create conditions for the growth of A league clubs. We will try to expand the community of football enthusiasts, fans, and supporters, popularize Lithuanian clubs, promote the NFKA A League so that it is widely known," said M. Rimas.

He promised to create a separate NFKA brand, which would be associated with professionalism, progress, and leisure time that brings positive emotions.

The event was hosted by the well-known entertainer Martynas Starkus. "We hope to see the results of this work in the future," he said.

The attendees were entertained by singer Agnė Armoškaitė-Šemberienė with her group, "Tina Dance" dancers, the funny Rolandas Kazlas, who took to the stage wearing a football player's shorts and shoes. Agnė, the wife of the well-known Lithuanian footballer Deividas Šemberas, who plays for the Moscow "CSKA" team, not only sang but also wished success to the National Football Clubs Association.

"NFKA was founded two years ago. I was the first chairman of the organization's board. At that time, we also organized a similar event, but only three people attended. It's nice that now more than 30 representatives of various companies have gathered," said NFKA board member and president of Vilnius "Vilniaus" club Algimantas Breikštas.

Before the "Liverpool and "Chelsea" match, a huge cake decorated with the letters NFKA was brought to the stage. Symbolically, the cake was cut by NFKA director M. Rimas, who first shared it with the first chairman of the association's board A. Breikštas.
