The change of coaches for "Monaco" club does not seem to have brought significant changes in the game - one of the strongest teams in France continues to compete very unevenly, scattering points. On Sunday, in the 12th round of "Ligue 1" matches, "Monaco" had to admit defeat to "Sochaux" with a score of 2-1.
Contrary to "Monaco", the team that has been more successful lately is "Le Mans", who returned to the highest French football division after a year's break. In this round, Le Mans' players defeated "Strasbourg" 2-0 and rose to fifth place in the league table.

In the last Sunday matches, after several consecutive wins, "Marseille" once again suffered a defeat, losing 2-1 away to "Saint-Etienne" after a tough battle. Following this victory, "Saint-Etienne" moved up to 4th place in the league table.
