An Argentine defender for Milan, Kily Gonzalez, continues to have bad luck - just recovered from one injury, he now suffered another. The player tore a muscle in his right leg.
The 31-year-old Argentine national team member suffered the injury last week during the qualifying match for the 2006 World Cup against Uruguay, which Argentina lost 1-0.
Inter, in an official statement, said that the left-back will only be able to help the team in January.
After transferring to Inter from Valencia in August 2003, K. Gonzalez was unable to establish himself in the main lineup of the Milan club, and last season, due to a serious knee injury, the Argentine played only 14 matches in Serie A.
This injury will be just another headache for Inter coach Roberto Mancini, who already has to deal without captain Javier Zanetti and Serbian Dejan Stankovic.
