The captain of the Red Devils sharply and critically responded to his teammates' performance in an interview with MUTV. Roy Keane particularly emphasized Rio Ferdinand's massive salary.
"Roy said everything he thought about us, but the most painful thing is that his comments are correct," said R. Ferdinand. "I am furious with myself for the last few matches. He was absolutely right and had the right to express it - after all, he is the captain. R. Keane mentioned my performance during the two goals in the match against Middlesbrough and you know what? He was not wrong. His comments hit the nail on the head and no one in the team dared to contradict him."
