oday, in the latest FIFA World Ranking, which was the last one this year, Lithuania dropped two positions to 100th place - exactly where it started this year.

In comparison to November, Lithuania lost only one point and was surpassed in the rankings by Syria and Uganda, who made significant jumps.

There are no major changes in the top ten - Brazil continues to lead comfortably. Czech Republic and the Netherlands hold the second and third spots respectively.

France and Spain lost points and are now tied for fifth place with Mexico.

Lithuania's neighbor Latvia moved up one position in the rankings and shares 69th place with Slovenia and Austria. Meanwhile, Estonia also moved up one position to 76th place.
