Postponed three England Championship matches © EuroFootball.com

In England, due to snow and cold weather, three Premier League matches did not take place today, and another fourteen were postponed in lower divisions. Although the temperature in England is currently not below 5 degrees Celsius, the match between "Bolton" and "Middlesbrough" was postponed because the grass heating system at the "Reebok" stadium did not work properly and part of the pitch remained frozen. The pitch at "Ewood Park" stadium, where "Blackburn" plays, was heavily frozen, so it was decided to postpone the match against "Sunderland". The match between "Newcastle" and "Charlton" did not take place for safety reasons. Although experts checked the stadium before the match and found no issues, the match was postponed for unknown reasons. The other seven matches scheduled for Wednesday started as planned.
