"San Sebastiano striker Darko Kovacevic will miss the remaining part of the season after rupturing his Achilles tendon during practice. Kovacevic had almost recovered from this Achilles injury suffered in November, but he suffered another injury during a friendly training match. The club's medical staff says that the 32-year-old former striker for the Serbian and Montenegrin national teams will have to undergo surgery in the near future. Real Sociedad recently acquired Danish national team striker Morten Skoubo from Brondby, who is expected to replace the team's departing leader Nihat Kahveci during the winter transfer window."
