In the second division of Italy's Serie B, a real thriller was recorded on Saturday - in a fluctuating downpour of goals, the team managed to win 5-4, and a Lithuanian player scored the winning goal for his team in the final moments of the match.

The first hour of the match was a show of two players - "Modena" forward Cristian Bucchi and his teammate Raffaele Biancolino in the "Avellino" team exchanged goals one after another, both scoring a hat-trick each.

"Modena" took the lead after two goals by C. Bucchi, one of which was scored from the penalty spot, but in the 35th minute the visiting player Armando Perna received a red card for a foul against T. Danilevičius, and R. Biancolino converted the penalty. At the start of the second half, C. Bucchi once again restored a two-goal lead, but after an hour of play, R. Biancolino's header reduced the deficit, and just a minute later, after a great pass from T. Danilevičius, he scored with his head to level the score.

In the 80th minute, Matteo Pivotto again put "Modena" ahead, but shortly after, Francesco Millesi responded with a precise shot to the top corner. It seemed that the match would end 4-4, but in the final moments of the match, in the fourth minute of added time, to the joy of the large crowd gathered at the "Partenio" stadium, T. Danilevičius snatched the victory with a header.

For the 27-year-old Lithuanian national team striker, this was his 10th goal of the season. After this victory, "Avellino" climbed to the 19th position in the tournament, collecting 24 points in 26 matches, while "Modena" dropped to the 13th position with ten points more.

This round was unsuccessful for Marius Stankevičius' "Brescia" team, which failed to hold on to a minimal lead and conceded three goals in the last 20 minutes, ultimately acknowledging "Bologna's" superiority. Having suffered their fourth defeat, "Brescia" occupies the 5th position in the championship.
