Unsuccessful in the team of Milan in Italy, Argentine Santiago Solari may soon return to Spain. It is announced that the 29-year-old footballer will join the club soon.
S. Solari arrived in the Italian team only last summer. Before that, the player wore the jerseys of Madrid for five seasons, but failing to establish himself in the starting lineup, he decided to take advantage of the clause in the contract and moved to Inter for just 1 million euros.
Nevertheless, Solari's career in Italy did not unfold successfully either. This season, under coach Roberto Mancini, the defender was included in the starting eleven only three times and mostly had to settle for the role of the substitute of his compatriot Kily Gonzalez.
The local media announce that "Espanyol" has been negotiating with the Milan team for some time now, and everything is heading towards Solari's return to Spain. First of all, the defender would be loaned until the end of this season, and later the Barcelona club could acquire the player for a longer period.
However, the transfer may not happen due to lack of time - the winter transfer window closes tomorrow and clubs will no longer be able to register new players.
