On Tuesday, the Argentine Hector Cuper resigned from the position of head coach, and on Wednesday he was replaced by the 49-year-old Spanish Gregorio Manzano, for whom this is already the second time at the helm of the team.

In 2003, G. Manzano helped "Mallorca" to secure the ninth place in the Spanish championship and win the Spanish King's Cup.

The coach, who previously led teams like Madrid's "Atletico" and "Malaga", signed a contract with "Mallorca" until the end of the season.
