Arjen Robben, the midfielder of the Dutch national team and London's Chelsea, will have to miss four Premier League matches in England due to a suspension. This decision was made on Tuesday by the Football Association after investigating an incident during a match in the English championship against West Bromwich Albion.
In Saturday's match, A. Robben was sent off the field after committing a serious foul against Jonathan Greening. For this red card, the Chelsea midfielder was given a three-game suspension, which was decided to be increased for receiving a red card in a match against Sunderland earlier in the year.
The 22-year-old Dutchman will have to miss the Premier League matches against Tottenham, Fulham, and Manchester City, as well as the FA Cup match against Newcastle.
