Latvian national team defender, not satisfied with his place in the main club lineup, is determined to change clubs. The player announced this to the Russian press.
"I have no illusions about breaking into the main lineup of CSKA. I think that even the European Championship, no matter how I perform in it, will not help me. Artur Jorge will choose other players in any circumstances. I lean towards leaving Russia. In the four years spent at CSKA, I have become accustomed to this team and cannot imagine myself playing against it in another Russian club lineup. And considering the level of organization in Russia, it is uncertain whether a club of such level would appear. But I will make a final decision after the European Championship," Laizans said.
