With a little over a month left until the start of the second SFL season, it was unexpectedly revealed that due to financial difficulties, the FK "Viči" club from Kaunas will no longer compete in the A division.
According to SFL rules, this club will be replaced in the highest division by "Navigatoriai", "Šaltupys" will remain in the B division, and the "Gangų" team will move up from C to B division.
The second SFL season promises many innovations. First of all, the league will be officially registered by the end of this month, allowing it to develop more quickly. There are also discussions with several media outlets to cover SFL matches and introduce more people to this league.
The league will start on April 23 or 30, and the schedule will be finalized by April 15.
All remaining necessary information will be sent to team leaders in the near future.
