And French national team forward Sidney Govou could return to the field in just a month.

The 24-year-old player has recently suffered from thigh injuries, so he decided to go for an examination. The club officials sent him to Munich, where the forward was examined by renowned doctor Hans Muller-Wolfhart.

After the examinations, it was determined that the cause of the injuries is one of Govou's legs being shorter, which results in significant strain on the footballer's back and increases the likelihood of injury.

After rehabilitation in Munich, Govou should return to Lyon next month and help the team in the fight for the championship title. Currently, Lyon is in first place in the French Ligue 1 and leads the closest competitors, footballers, by four points.

This news has also revived Govou's hopes of being called up to the French national team, which will participate in the European Football Championship in Portugal.
