Vilnius signed a contract with legionnaire German Lovchev from Russia. The duration of the contract is 2 years. The forward participated in "Vetra" training camp in Cyprus, where he scored 2 goals in two friendly matches.
24-year-old G. Lovchev spent the majority of his career in the prestigious Russian football club - Moscow's "Spartak". In the main lineup of "Spartak", the forward played in fourteen matches, two of them in the UEFA Champions League. Last season, G. Lovchev played for Kursk "Avangard" club in the first division of Russian football.
German Lovchev has already arrived in Lithuania and will play in the return leg of the LFF Cup tournament eighth-finals against Jonava's "Lietava" tomorrow. The match starts at 19:30 in the "Sportima" in Vilnius.
