London security Francescas Fabregas and defender Sol Campbell may miss the first UEFA Champions League semi-final match against Villarreal on Wednesday, said Arsenal's head coach Arsene Wenger.
The young Spaniard suffered an injury two weeks ago in the match against Aston Villa, which Arsenal won 5-0. After that, F. Fabregas missed the match against Portsmouth in the middle of the week.
Meanwhile, S. Campbell, who broke his nose in the match against Portsmouth, will undergo surgery in the near future and will miss the next two matches.
"There is a small possibility," said A. Wenger. "But he (F. Fabregas) has already had a recurring injury. It worries us, so we want to fully heal the injury."
