n Sunday in the Russian championship, it was a day of high-scoring draws. Two matches in Moscow stood out for their stubbornness, ending in draws with a total of 14 goals scored, with two goals in one game and none in the other, while the only victory of the day was achieved by "Krylja Sovetov".

The Sunday matches started with a derby between two Moscow teams - "Spartak" and "Moskva". Recent difficulties for "Spartak" (such as D. Alenichev's conflict, loss in Kazan) indicated that the club and head coach A. Starkov needed a victory.

"Spartak" took immediate action. In the 9th minute, a penalty was awarded to "Moskva", which was converted by Mozart. In the 15th minute, another penalty was awarded to "Moskva", but this time Mozart failed to outsmart "Moskva" goalkeeper Yuri Zevnov. Despite this, Nikita Bazhenov doubled the lead in the 20th minute, and in the 39th minute Jegor Titov added the third goal, making it 3-0 in favor of "Spartak".

Beginning the second half, it seemed like "Spartak" would secure the three points, but "Moskva" showed this season that they first concede and then fight back. The scenario repeated in the second half, with "Moskva" softening the lead in the 61st minute with a penalty, Dmitri Kiriçenko scored, and two minutes later S. Semak scored the second goal for "Moskva", and with eight minutes left until the end of the match, "Moskva" Czech Tomaš Čížek leveled the score. Neither team was able to score more, and the intense, fighting and high-scoring "thriller" ended in a 3-3 draw.

An even greater goal "downpour" and "thriller" took place in another Moscow stadium, where Moscow's "Lokomotiv" met Kazan's "Rubin". The first thirty minutes didn't promise much, but then there were childish defender mistakes along with goals.

The first goal for Kazan's "Rubin" team after a "Lokomotiv" defender mistake was scored by Dzhambylat Bazayev, but a minute later "Lokomotiv" captain D. Loskov equalized, and just before the end of the first half, the same D. Loskov scored his second goal with his head, putting the hosts in the lead.

In the 57th minute, after a substitution, the young "Lokomotiv" right-back Ivan Starkov added another goal, but "Rubin" wasn't going to give up easily, and after five minutes, Alejandro Dominguez narrowed the gap to just one goal. After seven minutes, a penalty was awarded to "Lokomotiv", which was converted by the same A. Dominguez - the score was level.

The Argentine continued his show, and in the 73rd minute, after his third goal in thirteen minutes, "Rubin" surged ahead. But even that wasn't the end - this sequence of events did not break the "Lokomotiv" team, as they managed to earn another penalty, which was converted by D. Loskov for his "hat-trick". The match ended with an impressive 4-4 result.

In Rostov, the local "Rostov" and Yaroslavl's "Shinnik" met. The match ended in a goalless draw, and the "Rostov" players couldn't find the back of the net throughout the game.

More misfortune continued to haunt Moscow's "Dinamo" team. This time, the "police officers" played away against "Krylja Sovetov" and suffered a 1-0 defeat. The only goal of the match was scored in the 21st minute by Alexey Medvedev. After their fourth defeat this season, "Dinamo" fell to the bottom of the league table.

In the last match of the day, in Nalchik, the debutant "Spartak" was tested by St. Petersburg's "Zenit". But the championship showed that Nalchik's "Spartak" was not only being tested but was also testing the league's veterans. However, the first to score were the "Zenit" players - in the middle of the second half, Aleksandr Kerzhakov found the net, but the hosts did not give up, and in the 83rd minute, Aleksey Poroshin equalized, helping his team secure another point.
