Nineteen-year-old Vilnius "Vėtra" goalkeeper returned from an internship at a Moscow club with an invitation to visit the Russian capital again this summer. Last week, A. Kacinkevičius trained with the "Lokomotiv" reserve team and played in friendly matches, which the "Lokomotiv" reserve team won 5-0. "I played the second half, but there were no dangerous chances at my goal, so I didn't have the opportunity to score," said Arvydas Kacinkevičius, who was impressed by one of Russia's most prestigious clubs. "Lokomotiv" is a high-level club. Even the reserve team is coached by four coaches. The facilities are impressive, with many high-quality pitches, both artificial turf and natural grass. The skill and determination of the young players surprised me. Their tactical understanding of football is different from ours. They have only one training session per day, but it lasts at least two hours, sometimes even one and a half hours." Lithuanian goalkeeper went to Moscow's "Lokomotiv" club for an internship as part of a long-term cooperation agreement with "Lokomotiv", signed. The coaches of the Russian club invite the goalkeeper to come to Moscow in July. Having already returned to Lithuania, Arvydas Kacinkevičius is preparing with the "Vėtra" team for the "A Lyga" matches at home against Marijampolė's "Sūduva". The match begins on April 27th (Thursday) at 17:30 at the "Vėtra" stadium.
