The recently built "Allianz Arena" cost around 300 million euros and will host the first World Championship matches.

TSV 1860" club hoped to return to the Bundesliga this year, but the season has been unsuccessful for them, and they might even drop to the third German league. Poor results also affected the club's financial situation - it was precisely for this reason that "TSV 1860" decided to take the step of selling the part of the stadium belonging to the club.

"With this step, we avoided inactivity," - said the director of "TSV 1860."

Bayern" president Karl-Heinz Rummenigge said that this deal was not a charity.

"It was not done out of sympathy or friendship," said the German. - We did it for our own interests."

According to the agreement, "TSV 1860" can buy back their shares for 11 million euros and interest at any time until June 2010."
