Long-time La Coruna and Spanish national team goalkeeper Jose Molina admitted that he will leave his current team after the season and will most likely move to England.
"I enjoyed playing all those six years spent in La Coruna and I want to thank the team staff and fans for their support," said the 35-year-old Molina.
"I have dreamed all my life of playing in England and I think now is the time to fulfill that dream. If I stayed in Spain for another year, it may already be too late," he added.
Molina arrived at Deportivo in 2000 from Atletico Madrid and was the main goalkeeper of the team, helping them to play in the UEFA Champions League for five consecutive seasons and win the Spanish King's Cup in 2002.
That same year, the goalkeeper was diagnosed with testicular cancer, but the player did not give up and after an intense course of chemotherapy, he managed to overcome the disease and amazed many by returning to Deportivo's main squad.
