Arsène Wenger, who will lead the team in the Champions League final for the first time this Wednesday, would like to remain as the coach of London until the end of his career.
The fifty-six-year-old Frenchman's contract with the London club will end in two years.
However, A. Wenger does not intend to end his career then and explains that he does not want to move anywhere else afterwards, but would like to stay at the newly built Emirates Stadium.
"Do I see myself ending my coaching career in Arsenal? Yes," A. Wenger told The Sun newspaper journalist. "I admit that I have no ambitions to be a national team coach. In a club like this, you have a cream of football talent. And what could be more attractive than that."
A. Wenger has been leading Arsenal since 1996 and is already one of the longest-serving coaches in the Premier League.
